Hello from AtlasCarbon & MaiaGrazing!

About AtlasCarbon & MaiaGrazing

AtlasCarbon and MaiaGrazing are on a mission to help graziers get the best out of their land-building resilience, improving productivity, and making more informed decisions.

  • AtlasCarbon is a carbon project developer, supporting livestock producers from start to finish: due diligence, assessment, registration, and reporting through the full lifecycle of a carbon project.
  • MaiaGrazing is a software platform, giving graziers the tools and data they need for forecasting, planning, and running their operations with confidence (not just gut feel).

Together, they're helping producers unlock new opportunities through carbon projects and smart land management, backed by technology and hands-on support.

The Challenge

AtlasCarbon and MaiaGrazing are at a key point in their growth, and are facing a few important challenges:

  • Dual Focus: We need to market both a SaaS platform (MaiaGrazing) and a service business (AtlasCarbon), so experience across both is important.
  • Lead Generation & Brand Awareness: Our top priorities are driving qualified leads and building a stronger brand presence in the market.
  • Digital Meets Traditional: Agriculture marketing isn’t just online. We rely on a mix of digital campaigns and “boots on the ground” activities like events, community building, out-of-home, radio, and more.
  • Team Support: Our marketing team includes a growth marketing manager, product marketing manager, and events/community manager. They need leadership, direction, and someone who can help them get to the next level.
  • Startup Mindset: We’re a startup, so we need someone who can do a lot with a little, making an impact quickly with the resources available.
  • Sector Know-How: Understanding agriculture or natural capital is a big plus. Knowing how to connect with graziers and producers is key.
  • Distributed Team: Our team is spread across Sydney, the Gold Coast, and regional areas, so being able to work remotely and connect with people wherever they are is important.

The right fractional CMO will help us tackle these challenges, drive our marketing strategy, and support our team to deliver real results.
